Aircrash Confidential (or Air Crash Confidential)
Aircrash Confidential (or Air Crash Confidential) is a documentary series looking at some of aviation disasters from around the world. The series consists of six episodes, each of which investigates a selection of aviation disasters related to a specific cause: pilot error, engineering error, terrorism, collisions, fire on board, and extreme weather. Using personal accounts from survivors, pilots and witnesses as well as comments from aviation experts and computer generated imagery, the series reveals how and why those disasters happen again and again.
