Biology 1AL: General Biology Laboratory (Fall 2011, UC Berkeley). Instructor: Professor Michael Meighan. Laboratory that accompanies Biology 1A lecture course. Topics covered in this laboratory include safety, equipment, cells, vibrio isolation, vibrio streaking, enzymes, photosynthesis, PCR analysis, complementation, genetics, bioinformatics, anatomy, invertebrates, reproduction and development. This course is intended for biological science majors, but open to all qualified students.
