Topics covered in this laboratory include safety, equipment, cells, vibrio isolation, vibrio streaking, enzymes, photosynthesis, PCR analysis, complementation, genetics, bioinformatics, anatomy, invertebrates, reproduction and development. This course is intended for biological science majors, but open to all qualified students.
