Earthflight is a six-part BBC documentary series narrated by David Tennant, which takes a breathtaking flight on the wings of birds across six continents and experiences some of the world's greatest natural spectacles from a bird's-eye view. We see the world through the eyes of birds, taking flight across six continents: North America, Africa, Europe, South America, Asia and Australia. We see a flock of snow geese flies north and is hunted by bald eagles in North America; cape gannets join the great sardine run in Africa; cranes and geese soar over Venice; condors soar along the Andes; and demoiselle cranes negotiate a dangerous Himalayan pass on their way to India. The last program of the series is a special one looking at the techniques used in the production of Earthflight.
