How the Brain Creates Mind. Instructor: Dr. Alok Bajpai, Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, IIT Kanpur. This course intends to introduce the human brain and its processes especially with regards to electrochemical activity, the issues of mind and consciousness. It also indicates towards further possibilities of research. Anyone with an interest in Human brain can join. Just a basic understanding of Brain would suffice. Lecture 12 - Cognition and Emotions 2

This lecture discusses which part of our brain is responsible for different feelings and emotions. It explains how our brain receives signal from sensory organs and feels about it. It also reveals what our brain do when it see or hear ambiguous signal that we call Hallucination. Finally it focuses on how to explain all these things by help of brain networking models.
