Stephen Hawking's Universe
Stephen Hawking's Universe is an astronomical documentary series, presented by Stephen Hawking, discussing the history of astronomy, origins of the universe, dark matter and black holes. The series consists of six episodes dealing with subjects related to some big questions: "Where do we come from? How did the universe begin? Why is the universe the way it is? How will it end?" Each of the episodes carries one big question like that and tries to find answers to the question. The series includes many interviews with leading astronomers and scientists as well as some commentary from Stephen Hawking. And throughout the series, computer graphics are used to illustrate some of the concepts that cannot be video-taped such as the moment of the Big Bang or the collapse of a star.
